4 Channels Spot UV Led Curing System
Spot UV-led curing system includes a controller, led lamps, and lens.
Controller:
- Available for 4 channels.
- Small in size and easy to carry.
- Multi LED heads can be independence controlled.
- All-aluminum closed shell to avoid dust and rust.
- External access control and signal output.
- Simple installation and operation.
- Record the working time of each LED head and remind the replacement.

LED Lamp:
With three types: H56, H86, H86F
- It adopts an aspheric lens to achieve the industry’s highest output optical power of 24W/cm ^ 2.
- The aspheric lens makes the uniformity of the illumination spot optimal.
- Different lens can be chosen.
- The core materials are well-known brands: NICHIA high-level LED + DowCorning + HOYA quartz lens.
- Use Taiyo bending-resistant cable(bending resistant 1000w times within R30mm).
- Standard cable length is 2m, could customize.
- Working life >20000 hours, no need to frenquently replace the lamp.
LENS:
Standard Lens size: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm., etc.
Line Lens size: 3x15mm, 5x20mm., etc.
Vertical Lens size: 6mm, 8mm., etc.
